Account deletion

delete youraccount.

You can delete your Runstra account and all associated data from inside the app. Takes about 20 seconds.

From inside the app

    Open Runstra
    Make sure you’re signed in.

    Go to the Profile tab
    Bottom-right of the bottom nav.

    Tap Settings
    Top-right of the profile screen (gear icon).

    Scroll to the Account section
    Near the bottom of the settings list.
  5. 05
    Tap Delete Account
    We’ll email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, username, avatar, city).
  • All activity data we stored (steps, runs, league history, streaks).
  • Your bolts balance and ledger.
  • H2H race history and invitations.
  • Group runs you hosted or joined.
  • Any reactions or follows you made.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We don’t keep a hidden copy. Your steps in Apple Health or Health Connect aren’t affected , we only remove what Runstra itself stored.

Can’t reach the app?

Lost the device, can’t sign in, or the app won’t open? Email us with the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
