Account deletion

Delete your account.

You can do it yourself, from inside the app, in about twenty seconds. It is permanent, and it cannot be undone.

From inside the app

   Open Runstra

   Signed in on the account you want gone.

   Go to the Profile tab

   The last one on the bar at the bottom.

   Tap Settings

   The round button at the top right of your profile.

   Scroll to the bottom

   Past About, under Sign out.

5. 05

   Tap Delete account

   To confirm, type your username and the word DELETE, then tap Delete my account. Nothing happens until both match.

What gets removed

• Your profile: name, username, bio, city, photo, gender, phone number and Instagram handle.
• Your shoe shelf, and the photos you added to clubs.
• Runs you posted, and your place in runs you joined.
• Your club memberships.
• Everyone you follow, and everyone following you.
• Your notification settings and push registration.

A club where you are the only admin is handed to its longest-standing member rather than closed. Runs that already happened stop showing your name. Payment records are kept for tax, with your name and phone number removed, and any refund you are owed is still paid. Moderation records of content we removed are kept separately, as the privacy policy explains.
