1. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Runstra.

2. Health and Safety

Runstra is a fitness tracking and social app. It is not a medical device. Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme. Run safely, stay aware of your surroundings, and obey local traffic laws.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Runstra (your runs, posts, photos). By posting, you grant Runstra a non-exclusive licence to display this content within the app and to other users you choose to share it with.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Runstra to harass other users, post illegal content, or attempt to break the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
